The team at Crash Champions is exceptional. Jon Oden us the best. They took very good care if me and my car. It looks brand new!
Car was hit in parking lot. Guilty party kind enough to leave name/number and report to their insurance company. Insurance company directed us here for repairs. The repair was a minor repair (no parts); buff/paint job. All came out great, like it never happened, we were informed that their painter has over 30 years experience…Cannot say enough about the kindness of the receptionist, she was truly a joy to deal with. Would recommend for another job (but hopefully that will not be necessary!)
My Kia K4 was hit and ran resulting in 5.5k in damages including the bumper, taillight, and trunk. Repairs took 3 weeks, a week less than expected. Alignment and paint job perfectly mimic prior to the accident.
Don't take your car here. They have had my car for 40 days and still not fixed. My insurance is no longer going to pay for my rental.amd its going to have to come out of my pocket. Like others have said they will give you dates but they are not true. You will call the day before its says it will be ready and they tell you maybe next week. Now they are telling me even longer and I have to pay for a rental car myself. They really don't seem to care about that either, its not their problem. The front desk customer service was nice and friendly, but that's where it ended. I would not recommend taking your car there for insurance repairs. They will save every dime they can on after market parts and make you pay to fix it if something goes wrong with them. The warranty is not something you can actually use it's just a sales prop to try and make up for the low quality parts they use. I wish I would have known. Don't do what I did.
