Don't take your car here. They have had my car for 40 days and still not fixed. My insurance is no longer going to pay for my rental.amd its going to have to come out of my pocket. Like others have said they will give you dates but they are not true. You will call the day before its says it will be ready and they tell you maybe next week. The front desk customer service was nice and friendly, but that's where it ended. I would not recommend taking your car there for insurance repairs. They will save every dime they can on after market parts and make you pay to fix it if something goes wrong with them. The warranty is not something you can actually use it's just a sales prop to try and make up for the low quality parts they use. I wish I would have known. Don't do what I did. I almost took my BMW somewhere else after reading reviews from customers who said their completion dates kept getting pushed back. When I dropped my car off, I was originally told about 6 days. After the inspection, additional repairs were needed and I received a text extending the completion date. At that point, I was expecting the worst based on some of the reviews I had read.
