This whole experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! | was originally quoted a finish date of 2/20 (my accident happened 1/24/25) That date came and went and ZERO communication as to there being a delay, a reason why or an update on a new expected finish date. It took about 2 weeks or so for them to finally update the app. Again, never once reached out to inform me. I had to call and inquire. Was given a new date of 3/7. Once again, day came and went. I hit a deer and had some front end and driver's side door damage. My insurance company set my repairs up with Crash Champions. I dropped my car off there on October 29th and was told the repairs should take 10 to 14 days to complete. I received text updates almost daily for the first week, all stating that the repairs were on schedule and my car should be ready for pickup by 11/15.
