I had my vehicle repaired after being rear-ended I chose the location because it was close to my home and also it was on the recommended list from my insurance company. I was advised that the actual repair would take place at a repair center in Bainbridge, OH which is 3hrs away however they would handle the transport, which I thought was okay.
