0 Star : My Experience 1. Parts were not ordered prior to dropping car off, adding time to overall repair. 2. Deadline was pushed back once with explanation, and then again without explanation for 4 days. If the shop is shorthanded, just say so, I understand! 3. I was told the car would be ready at 9:00a on Saturday. I showed up at 10:00a and the car wasn't ready until 11:00a.
