Promises they can take in your car, then you go there and get the estimate, and a week later they say they can't do your car.
I went in to crash champions with a problem that I thought was major, Leo the manager at this location handle it professionally took care of it got me in and out of there quick, efficiently and with great customer service. I will definitely will recommend this place.
Was up against a lease return deadline with a bumper replace and they not only fixed the car but were fun to deal with, got me on time and returned a clean, detailed car.
I do not recommend Crash Champions Collision Repair – Burke South. I went there to repair Tesla Model Y, with Frank as the assigned supervisor. After the first repair, the side mirror wasn’t properly installed, a worker’s brush was left in the back seat, the back seats were dirty, and worst of all—there were visible scratches on the inside of the door. I recently have sent my car to shop more than a week unfinished the job and I have send my car back waiting more than a month kept calling because the customer service who was taking care of my car never return my calls and also email. I have tried several attempts and with help with my insurance adjuster finally got the appointment to finish the remaining.
