They stole a 800 dollar chain out of my truck and are refusing to help me locate the worker who took it. They disregarded me and claimed they would call me back to resolve the issue but failed to. Every time I ask to speak with a manager they say “theyre out of town and will be back next week”. Apparently everyone who has access to the cameras is out of town.
Promises they can take in your car, then you go there and get the estimate, and a week later they say they can't do your car.
I went in to crash champions with a problem that I thought was major, Leo the manager at this location handle it professionally took care of it got me in and out of there quick, efficiently and with great customer service. I will definitely will recommend this place.
Was up against a lease return deadline with a bumper replace and they not only fixed the car but were fun to deal with, got me on time and returned a clean, detailed car.
I do not recommend Crash Champions Collision Repair – Burke South. I went there to repair Tesla Model Y, with Frank as the assigned supervisor. After the first repair, the side mirror wasn’t properly installed, a worker’s brush was left in the back seat, the back seats were dirty, and worst of all—there were visible scratches on the inside of the door.
