5 Star : My Experience
5 Star : My Experience I had the BEST experience with Crash Champions. After being the unwillingly recipient in a fender-bender last month (in my brand new car) Crash Champions made a really frustrating situation as simple and pain-free as possible. Patrick and his team were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to assure that I was well taken-care of. I wouldn’t wish to be in this situation again, but if I was, I would go back to Crash Champions in a heartbeat!

5 Star : My Experience Excellent service in fair amount of time. Keeps you informed about the process not to mention returning a washed vehicle. I would recommend a one stop shop. Very pleased. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service

0 Star : My Experience The only thing is that walking in your parking lot was dangerous with the compact ice and snow. Some snow removal/deicing might prevent a serious injury. But the repair and employees were great! 5 Star : Likely to Recommend Please think about better snow removal/deicing for parking lot and driveway. Very dangerous walking from parking lot to building. Serious fall injury risk especially for older customers. 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service
4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend They even washed and vaccuumed my car in addition to the repair at no cost to me. Very thoughtful. 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Theres something a teeny tiny bit off with the reflection of the paint and the paint color match, however, it was a minor damage and to be expected with a repair like this. 5 Star : Customer Service Great, friendly and helpful with information for someone who hasn’t been in an accident before. Clear communication throughout the repair process
