5 Star : My Experience Eric and everyone at Crash Champions were very helpful and nice. I really liked that I got daily text updates with my car. They had told us that it would be at least 7 days but more than likely with waiting for parts it would be closer to 12-13 days for repairs. Yesterday I got a text saying it should be ready Monday but then Eric called me and said it would be ready today. We took it in to them last Friday and we got it back today which is also Friday.
