Additionally, it was frustrating to learn deeper into the repair process that parts were never ordered ahead of time when I made the appointment approximately a month earlier. 5 Star : My Experience Communication, completed on time, helped communicate with atfault insurance for repairs. Only thing that would be nice is having a direct number rather than having to go through the main call center but the local office was great. Number issue isn't theirs.
