Absolutely amazing. Matt and the whole team went above and beyond. Communicated every step of the way with the repair, the repair is great, delivered the car to me (so I didn’t have to bother husband to leave work and take me). Even grabbed a forgotten item out of my car for me when needed and kept it safe at front desk. Polite. Efficient. 100% customer service. Will go back if needed, insurance or self pay - wouldn’t matter. Highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things about Matt. Our daughter's car got hit by a deer and we called to inquire about repairs. Matt was kind, helpful, and said he would get us right in. Because our daughter was in the process of moving and we needed to get her car back to where we live - 4 hours away - we ended up finding a local repair shop. However, if you are in need of help and in the Topeka area, I highly recommend Matt and Crash Champions.
