Crash Champions has had my car since October 3rd and has not finished repairs on it yet, despite multiple promises of it being ready by various dates. At no point outside of when they provided me the estimate, during which they provided an anticipated completion date, have they contacted me regarding progress or explained why the repairs are taking so long.
