The wonderful service we received at Crash Champions Midlothian, IL was nothing short of amazing! Upon arrival, we were greeted by very nice staff. They were patient, kind and knowledgeable about our concerns. They helped us through the entire process and even finished the repairs early! When I dropped my car off for a right-side bumper replacement, it had a full tank of gas. The repair didn't necessitate a test drive, yet upon retrieval, the tank was only between a quarter and a half full. Furthermore, while other items removed for cleaning the interior of my car were returned to my trunk, my damaged side view mirror (which was in the vehicle when I dropped it off) had been taken; I was forced to specifically request its return.
