I was rear ended and the person had State Farm and they accepted liability immediately. They gave me a list of repair shops. I called Crash Champions and they gave me an appointment and said they would fix the car that day. I arrived and I was informed that it was only an estimate and that the next appointment was six weeks out. I had our car scratches and a dent repainted, Excellent Body work. At the owner suggestion we got an oil change. This vehicle never leaked oil, clean driveway. After the oil change, oil spots in the drive! The mechanic over tightened the oil drain bolt so tight the alloy oil pan cracked and leaks. A common problem with getting your MB serviced at an independent garages. So says MBWorld.org Remedy = $550 for a new oil pan and 23 hours labor $5,500 to remove and replace the oil pan. Just wanting to let every one in Laurel, Mt. or nearby towns, that The Red Rock Auto Body did a wonderful job on my Honda Accord from body damage on the front bumper and headlight. Looks like a brand new car. The employees are very friendly and kept me updated. Will use them again if needed.

This shop replaced my windshield while my car was at Kara's autobody and installed the windsheild on top of the heating unit harness. Causing the element not being able to be plugged in. I found this some time later. They looked at it and accused me of cutting the harness and wouldn't back fixing their installation error.

Disaster! Mistake after mistake after mistake. Took my car in to be repaired after an accident. They call to tell me my car is ready. Upon picking it up, I walked around the car to check out the repairs. Some of the repairs were not completed. How do you miss not completing all repairs?!?! Unacceptable!!! Not to mention, there was gunk all over the trim from one of the repairs. Small details matter. Go back the next day to find that all repairs are done. Seems okay right? HORRIBLE. BEWARE! I took my car to this auto body shop to fix a rear bumper scratch. It cost me $790 to get it repaired. In the process of this repair they failed to put the rear taillight water sealing washers back on the vehicle. As a result they washed the car before returning it and shorted out both the rear taillight and an electronic board under the taillight where the water drained into. This was a terrible company to work with from the very start. Every time I called for an update, I was placed on hold for a long period of time, and then was hung up on. So I had to call back multiple times. The staff was very rude and unhelpful each time I called. They said they’d have somebody else give me a call back and id never hear back or leave a voicemail.
