The studio was clean, good lights, private, good sound system, spinning and static pole options, and I felt safe in there.

Very bad attention from the short-haired girl who attends on Fridays and Saturday nights, she accused me that I usually make returns when that is not true, the only thing I changed a long time ago and told her about it was a product that had a broken lid and now she wanted a change of sise of a garment and I understood that underwear is final price, however her attention was rude and in very bad taste for accusing me that I usually make returns when that is not true.

Grant is a remarkable teacher! He's incredibly patient and knowledgeable and creates a very welcoming environment to all skill levels. I can’t wait to try more classes at Crash.

On the positive side, the studio itself is beautiful, welcoming and enjoyable. Unfortunately everything else was not so great. My paid reservation was from 10 - 11 am. I arrived 10 minutes early as I do with all rentals I make. Employees did not arrive to open the store until 10 am. I walked in behind the two employees and they told me they were preparing to open. I sat and waited for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I gave my ID, and I was escorted to the studio. Now 15 passed my reservation time. No information was pr... read more
