Dropped in at CrossFit Crash when I was in town for work. This place as all the things if your into CrossFit. J.R. gave me the tour and options beyond just a one day drop in. Had a great experience and if your lucky enough to be local and into fitness then you have to check this place out!
I was in from out of town and got to check out this awesome gym! As soon as you walk in the door, you can clearly tell the level of care and passion from the owner and coaches. If you're in the Spartanburg area and looking to get in shape, this is a fantastic place to go!
