crase auto saved the day! we broke down on the way home and were not familiar with the areas mechanics. we called crase. they sent a tow truck PLUS Toni from the front came to pick up me and the kids bc we couldnt fit in the tow truck. Service Department is a joke This review is only based on the service portion of this business. I have never bought a car there and i never will so please use this only as a review for thier service department. This is the worst place i have ever gotten work done on a vehicle. The staff must not know what they are doing at all i have had to take it the next day to an honest shop that asked me if i did the work myself and beat the part in with a hammer.
