Did NOT call with price prior to doing work as requested. BROKE steering while employee was handling our equipment. FIXED steering for free cause they broke it REFUSE to fix steering they broke today, it broke again after second mow. CHANGED history, now they did not break steering, and Mr. Craps has not yet made up a bill HUNG UP on me in middle of convo instead of working it out TOLD me go ahead and call lawyer SLAMS garage door in your face so you are not allowed to view your equipment while they work on it.

Their phone message says they are busy with customers and to call back later. I am trying to see if they still offer pickup service. I have a lawn mower, pressure washer, backpack blower, hand held blower and two chainsaws that need service. Perhaps a thousand dollars worth of work. I am now lookiing for another company.

Great service in all aspects of the business. Granted they are busy at times and some services take longer than others, but being busy proves to me that plenty of customers trust them. Great company and I highly recommend them to everyone. They met all my needs promptly and professionally with great prices. Thanks for your service!

I wasn't prepared for the recent devastating storm. We lost power just a few hours into the storm. I then pulled my generator out of the shed, that I hadn't run in probably 5 years, and of course it wouldn't start. I drove it to the place I normal take my equipment and they were closed, this was during the day when they were normally open. I returned home to a house with no power. I stopped in to Craps Small Engine Repair with my Craftsman residential blower and despite having a big workload of repairs they fit me in on the spot. They took a quick look at the blower and found the problem and in less than 15 minutes from when I first arrived I was on my way and my blower was working great. They didn't charge me an arm-and-a-leg either.

I am 63 and have lived up and down the east coast throughout my life. After having visited many other lawnmower repair shops, the first thing to catch my eye was that this was/is the cleanest and neatest shop I have ever visited. The service is great, and their work is always reasonbly priced. Since retiring to Aiken I have used them frequently and never been disappointed.

I took my Stihl saw to them, that another place told me had a burnt cylinder with no compression and charged $45 dollars to get back. They checked it out, the other place had disconnected something, they fixed my saw and put me a new chain on it for less than $40. Very happy and pleased with my first visit, will never use anyone but them from now on, and will recommend to all my friends.

This business is outstanding! I took my Ryobi there for some maintenance because it was not working properly. They fixed it on the spot in about 10 minutes. I was very impressed and will continue to use this service whenever repairs are required. I highly recommend this business and will tell all of my friends. I went there because of the first review that was posted and was not disappointed. It is comforting to note that there are still small businesses around that do an excellent job.
