The team here made me feel comfortable with my breast augmentation until they didn’t. At my follow ups, Dr. Ulm suspected an infection and told me he wanted me to start an oral and topical antibiotic. I had to call the office twice over two days to remind them to call my prescription in, at which point only a topical was called in. I have been seeing Jessica in the Skin Clinic for about a year and absolutely love working with her. I actually switched from my another practice that I'd been going to for 10 years. This practice is at once very professional, and yet personal and I feel she listens and cares, taking her time to tailor my treatments to my needs at the time.
