Lead Technichian, Jeff made my door inoperable. It took over 30 minutes to convince someone to come and help me get into the apartment I was still paying for. Jeff then got my door open with a master key and tried to tell me the locks were never changed yet my key was not working. I had work so I had to leave, and he violated safety protocols MAJORLY by telling me to leave my door unsecured as an option to his screw up. Am happy
Nice, halls are quiet, maintenance is punctual, but to move in families with little kids running around on the 2nd. Floor is annoying. 4 yr old kid stays up till 11:30.m, I work people
Poor management. Parking lot floods. Don't expect your security deposit back no matter how much you clean!
Our mother of 90 plus lives there. New owners have started to run this complex into the ground. Poorly maintained inside & out. Change from over 65 to let anyone rent that can pay. Was a non smoking complex now the halls smell of smoke & weed. Only 2 handicap parking stalls that many times non handicap using the stalls. Management said call PD will not get involved. It’s all about the $$
