I would give zero stars if I could. These guys not only have the WORST craftsmenship I have seen in a home builder but they also DO NOT HONOR CONTRACTS! Our contract clearly states a condition that Cranston agreed to upon the purchase of the home (signed by both parties) and now refuse to meet them. We emailed numerous folks at Cranston for over 6 months and there has been no resolution.
