The hygienist Kerry was absolutely fabulous with my 3.5yr old. We've been trying to get them into the chair since they were 2yrs old and she's been working to get them comfortable with the space and what happens during a teeth cleaning. Today they finally got into her chair and she was, impossibly, more gentle and kind working with them. I had a consultation with Doctor Shapiro and his assistant, Maria. They both were great, very informative and made me feel very comfortable. I am definitely not worried about oral surgery. Now to see if the mighty insurance company will cover enough of it. Everyone at Cranston Dental have been great!
My hygienist and dentists are great but they need more. My initial appt, made 6 months before, got cancelled by them due to vacation plans and i had to take an appt that was a conflict for me or wait until Nov for my cleaning. This is a problem.
