Professional, honest, and fair. When there was a setback, Cransten took care of it. When Bailey took over the project he got it completed quickly and had great ideas and great quality work.
Christian French is knowledgeable in his craft, committed, and flexible! He assisted my store in a door replacement and painting and went above and beyond for my team! 10 stars if I could. He's a great guy! Eric Lauritzen has also helped at my store and he did a fantastic job! Communicative and great work!
5 stars for Christian and Darren (Ogden, UT) as they were on time, friendly, and very thorough. They walked me through repairs needed and explained the work to me in detail. They also made sure I was satisfied with the end results. My feedback for the main office is that quotes should be sent to the homeowner in advance of the work. I did have to ask the main office several times to send me a quote, only to receive it 30 minutes following the arrival of the field team. Worked with Christian on some projects in our basement. We had to switch a few things around and Christian was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. He was kind and gave us some great advice on how to get our projects completed to our satisfaction.
