Dayne of Cranston was punctual, courteous, and a truly skilled professional. He did an amazing job repairing a couple of items in our home. I appreciate that he paid attention to the small details. He explained everything ahead of time and kept us informed throughout the work. We will definitely call him for future home repairs!
I’ve been trying to get an estimate for a month with no luck. Sent pictures and follow up texts and have been completely ignored. Odd business model. Since the owner responded, I want to share timelines. I originally reached out to the company on 1/8 and responded that same day. On 1/12 I asked for an estimate and still have yet to receive one. Dakota reached out on 1/22. On 1/23 I replied with all relevant information. Again, no estimate. I did not receive 5-10 calls or emails.
Very reasonable priced and the work Matthew did was awesome. Would definitely recommend to family and friends for any home improvement projects.
