Called and had a pleasant scheduling experience on 8/27. Grabbed their earliest available date (9/9) for a garbage disposal removal/install at 9am. No call, no show. Played phone tag and touched base with Bryan (sp?) the next day. He apologized, but did not offer an explanation as to what had happened. Second appt was set up for 9/11 at 6pm. Hey Trevor Maddux, I wanted to shoot you a short message saying thanks for hooking me up with my security system. This morning at 9:07 (less than an hour ago) I received a text msg that my back door was left open.
