I usually do not do reviews, but felt like I had to for Ben Cranor and Cranor Roofing. The roof he replaced is a Mansard style and required special knowledge how to shingle it properly. Ben was professional, precise and pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend him. I first talked to Ben over a year ago about the roof, but we weren’t ready. I called Cranor Roofing after a hail storm in March of 2023. Ben Cranor reached out to me the same day and scheduled a visit for the following day. He brought several samples and walked us through what would be the best color to install in order to make the house look even better. He recommended we use Owen Corning Duration shingles and go with Williamsburg Grey. Once that was done, the shingles and the material were delivered the day before neatly stacked. I recently used Cranor Roofing to replace my roof via insurance claim. We are thrilled with the results . Ben took great care of us and we have received many compliments from neighbors on the colors of the new roof. Ben did an awesome job matching our brick, shutters and shingles. It was a painless process with beautiful results. Ben was able to save us a lot on the replacement even considering paying our deductible.
Craner Roofing is by far the best roofing company we have ever used. He solved a problem at my house that other roofers failed to solve. He doesn’t just patch the problem, he finds how the water is moving and stops it for good. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet.
