Nicholas was efficient, knowledgeable and kind! He completely fixed our electrical problem and came up with a solution to prevent recurrence. He was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company.
The guys at Cranney were awesome. They were able to come on the same day, diagnose the problem, clean up my immediate emergency and also remediate the issue within a day. The workers were all courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable, and I felt very well taken care of. Will definitely use these guys as my everyday plumbers! We had Cranney replace our broiler during the first week of September. They did an excellent job with the installation, and we are very happy with the service and the operation of the new system. The reason I did not give them 5 stars was due to the cleanup. I have painted floors in my utility room, and the room was extremely clean prior to installation. I would have thought they would have laid down something on the floor prior to installation but they did not and they stained a number of areas during installation and left ... read more
Cranney’s quality of service has significantly dropped from prior years and it keeps dropping. I’d give zero stars if I could. We are Service Value Plan Members, and have been for over a dozen years, paying $15 a month for it. I think we deserve more than what we received today. We needed two widespread faucets installed in our bathrooms, and we scheduled a service call, requesting a morning appointment. We were told they could not give us a cost estimate over the phone.
