We love our new villa. Everyone at Crana, including the sub-contractors were professional, friendly and very helpful especially Lisa, who was on top of everything. Any issues we had were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Crana Hones.
I toured the Brookside Glen Villas today, wow! The design is stunning and the layouts are really smart…2 walk in closets in the primary suite! Lisa was really helpful and knowledgeable. Really great community!
I recently signed a contract with Crana Homes because Frank Bradley has a great reputation. He's been in this business for over 45 years, and I have seen his work. Lisa has been great to work with! I have found her to be very professional and helpful. Although I still have some fine tuning to do, I feel confident that Lisa and Frank will be accommodating. I have opted for a covered patio as I have seen how beautiful it looks. I have also opted to a full basement, half finished and the other half for storage. I love the color... read more

i am 52 years old. buying from crana homes was the worst mistake if my life. lisa " office manager-coordinator" is the most ignorant, inconsiderate, unprofessional , useless person inhave evendelt with. she couldnt even order the occ permit on time. i lost my rate lock. 2 of the 18 issues with the house have been fixed. sub-par builder. the ONLY reason we signed a contract with them was LYNN ( original sales lady) on the weekends. **unfortunate for us she retired a month after we signed. i would rather be homeless !!
