0. I don't know who gave them a 5, must be someone who works for Great North and monitors these types of things. They have done nothing to update or upgrade the grounds, buildings or units on site. If you have a maintenance issue the on site person is completely incompetent, like tried to seal a sink with bondo level incompetence. The management will raise your rent every year. They allow drug dealers and junkies to rent as long as they pay on time. For what they want to charge for rent trust me you have other options.
