We recently had our whole house cleaned by Cranmore. 8 rooms of carpet and all of our tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Cranmore did an amazing job! They were friendly and communicated with me through the whole process. The price was amazing too! We will definitely use them on all of our flooring needs in the future.
As a former owner of a Serve Pro franchise, I am very critical about the methods and operation of other carpet cleaning companies. Crank ore was "early" on the job and got right to the task. I had asked for the double process of a heavy scrubbing followed by a truck mounted extraction. That is exactly what I got and the guys were very organized and professional. Could not be happier with the level of service and the quality of the product! From selecting new carpet to the installation, the whole team made us feel like a priority! When a contractor spilled paint and epoxy on our brand new carpets, Cranmore came out right away and took care of the potential disaster to our brand new carpet. If you are comparing companies, stop right now and call Cranmore!! Seriously, it doesn't get better than this!

The cast of stars at Cranmore never ceases to amaze me! I have been working with them on the cleaning side as a REALTOR for several years now, but have been able to refer them to more and more clients for the installation/sales side and the quality of service has been astounding.
