Cranky Yankee House Watchers I've had Tom check my home in Punta Gorda for over a year and a half and couldn't be more pleased and satisfied. He goes above and beyond any contractual agreement to see that the job is done to completion. I had a severe insect problem and Tom called in the professionals and after 3 applications we solved the problem. He also addressed a mowing situation which was causing me a royal pain. Tom is a keeper Tom is the guy to use when you need an honest house watcher. His effort saved me a wet floor doe to a malfunctioning appliance. I asked tom to GC the installation of a new A/C and heating unit which he did. Without his help and bird dogging the contractor it would never been installed. He was responsible for the project as if it was his own house.Tom kept the place presentable when the landscapers chose not to pick up fallen tree branches.
