On the hunt for a bike today, very interested in a couple bikes and love the selection of accessories... totally turned off that we were only customers there clearly looking around shop at bikes with my husband carrying around our sleeping son the entire time. It wasn't until 15min later as we were walking out the door were we asked if we needed any assistance.
Bought my first fatbike from them today. First rate customer service and advice. They were very helpful answering any question I had and they were quick to help everyone else that came in while I was there. I will defiantly be a repeat customer. I recommend them to anyone looking for their first bike or their tenth. Great bunch of guys!
Best place to go for all your biking needs! Purchased a framed fat bike and absolutely love it. I wanted a bike that I could use year round even in snow!!! It handles superb on street/city just as well as single track trails. The staff at cranked bike studio are knowledgeable and great group of people that will help you get on the road and trails biking! Very happy purchase!
My car broke down near Cranked today, and while I was trying to get it figured out, I realized I didn't have any of my tools with me. Now, I'm not a cyclist - I've never been in the store before. I went in today, and asked if I could borrow a ratchet set to try and get my car running again. No questions asked, they helped me out. It was truly an act of a community pillar, not a business. One of the best shops in Wisco. Massive selection of new and used complete bikes and parts! Plus a very friendly staff to boot. I will definitely return to rummage through all the parts in the basement.
Ezra was super...was looking for a used comfort cruiser and he was very helpful & informative. Found exactly what I wanted. He even installed a child seat on my bike at no charge. He gave me a hat & gloves for the test drive, so he was sure it was adjusted properly. Love my new bike!
