We had our roof deck resealed and painted in CDM, and they did a great job! They also came back and did some touch-ups even though a period of time had passed. They obviously care about customer service and their business.
Terrible job! Neglectfully done with no consideration for longevity! Had my top floor patio seales painted in CDM. They were in and out in a few hours, they power washed it and started to paint before the floor was even dry. They added a second coat while still wet...They did make sure to collect money and left. Crank Rocks!! Had a new addition built , called Rocky to give an estimate for my roof and showed up the next day. I accepted the bid, work was schedule and done when they said it would be. I’ve always heard good things about this company on their work including waterproof decking. Was so pleased and happy how this company works and the quality of work. We hired Crank roofing to replace our roof on a house we purchased. The original roof still had an old original wood shake roof underneath aluminum roofing. The Crank employees were able to demo the roof quickly but unfortunately my permit and inspector were delayed so it delayed Crank to install. Luckily for me Crank was flexible and were able to reschedule the install immediately for me and completed the roof. The whole project turned out amazing.
