Crank is a high quality run business. The work they do is above and beyond. Fateh is an excellent car mechanic, generous and good at what he does. A wonderful human being. I highly recommend!!!
EDIT: Crank identified the wrong issue with my car, in addition to being incredibly rude over the phone. The issue was not the AC compressor, it was the evaporator. I do NOT recommend this place. I was quoted $1650 to replace the AC compressor in my 2021 kia forte. Over the phone, I attempted to seek clarification on why the price was so high (I’m 23 and this is my first time having a serious issue with my car), and was asked what I expected to pay and then told that I had no experience, didn’t know what I was talking about,... read more
