Grateful to have found Consuelo. As someone who is very in tune with her nervous system and can deal with anxiety and depletion, Consuelo is a gift in helping me both recalibrate and restore. 5/5 and 10/10 recommend.
I have seen great shifts in my health after having sessions with Consuelo. Im recovering from a significant accident. Ive felt the most improvement with this modality. I can confidently say my nervous system is not as easily triggered. With her help and God I know I will fully recover. Our nervous systems can only heal when we are calm and out of fight or flight!
Consuelo is the absolute cranio queen. After visiting various practitioners for a chronic TMJ issue, my visits with Consuelo made far more improvement and sent me on an upward trajectory that I'm very grateful for. My body has been on a better path to healing because of her, and I will be a lifelong client.
Consuelo is the best! I suffered a severe TBI many years ago, leaving me with a baseline headache and chronic migraines. Regular sessions with her decreases the severity of said baseline headache and decreases the frequency and severity of said migraines (near 0 at this point!). Consuelo is gentle and thorough in both her body work and explanations of what she's doing. I can't recommend her enough!
I have been seeing Consuelo consistently for over a year. She is by far one of the best practitioners for massage therapy and craniosacral therapy. She is kind, gentle and intuitive to what your body is needing. I am extremely grateful to have been working her and have seen marked improvement with pain decreasing and my body feeling better!
