Dr. Frommer was kind and helpful with answering all of our questions about our son’s treatment. She even made herself available via email, and she sent us home with backup supplies (we live 30 miles from Westlake but it was worth the drive). I highly recommend this incredibly skilled and patient doctor, and we are very happy with the results of the non-evasive treatment we pursued for our son.

Our son was left with a large wound on his head from the vacuum used during labor and delivery. The hospital staff didn’t know how it would heal and we were so worried for him. We were able to see Dr. Frommer on our first day home from the hospital. During our visit she cleaned his head and showed us how to do it at home, and he looked so much better even from that one visit. She followed up with us after the appointment to check on his progress. We couldn’t be happier with the care we received from Dr. Frommer.
I truly can’t say enough good things about this office! We took my son to be evaluated for ear wells at two weeks at the recommendation of his pediatrician. His cartilage on the top of his ear was turned under a bit and we learned from our pediatrician we could prevent surgery later by using ear molds early while his cartilage was still soft. My new born son was referred to Dr. Sarah and Chelsea Combs P.A. by his pediatrician for his right ear. His cartilage was too soft causing his ear to not contour properly. The fix was very easy & non-invasive. Monica the receptionist was so great at giving us directions to the office, verifying my insurance & confirming/reminding me of his appointments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
