After the first session I noticed a huge difference. I'm used to working 10 hours shifts on my feet consistently and after my appointment I felt so much relief. The swelling and pain went from a level 10 to a 2. Would definitely recommend
Christian takes a holistic approach to healing and is extremely knowledgeable about wellness and how the body works. Every appointment is always a learning opportunity and I'm grateful he's part of my healing team. He never makes you feel like just a patient or a number. He truly takes the time to understand you and your motivations, and creates a care plan that truly works for you. I absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to gain more mobility, heal from an injury, or just wanting to get stronger.
Must still be KO from the last massage! Christian is a true healer. He listens to what you have to say because he believes that you know your body best. This isn't your average massage experience. I've been suffering for so long and tried so many different modalities. Christian has done more to help me in two appointments than all the other stuff I've tried over the past year. Especially if you suffer from upper cervical issues, please give him a try!
