Amanda and Phil were phenomenal. My son had 2 helmet treatments and I felt so much better and confident during the whole process because of them. They were always so positive, answered lots of questions and celebrated the small milestones as they came. We truly couldn’t have done it without them!
I was told at the consultation that my son had mild-moderate plagiocephly and that the doc band was recommended. After he graduated from the helmet, I got an email with the actual measurements of his head. All of his "before" measurements shown data for mild plagiocephly which is unnecessary to treat with the helmet. WHY WASN'T I GIVEN THESE MEASUREMENTS AT THE CONSULTATION? I was told subjective data that he would benefit from a docband helmet. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
