Both of my kids have had helmets from CT, and I’ve been so pleased with both experiences. They both had similar flat spots, and CT was able to round them out. I’m so thankful that sports helmets will fit them correctly in the future. Amber and Vanessa at the SF location are warm, welcoming, and personable. I genuinely enjoyed our visits to the clinic, and I’ll miss them!
Frustrating process with disappointing results. They ended up overcorrecting my child’s very minimal plagiocephaly when I told them from the start I was only getting the helmet to fix the brachycephaly. I could tell from the photos taken in the middle of treatment that it was being over corrected, but when I brought it up, they told me to trust in the magic of the helmet and refused to take any actual measurements.
