Staff was very professional and always very responsive to any questions or concerns. Appointments were punctual and we never had to wait long to see a technician. Ultimately, we were very pleased with results and glad we went through the treatment process.
My son had a very pointed head from a vacuum assisted birth. Additionally the back of his head was flattened from his positioning during sleep. I didn’t have much hope that a Docband could help with a hematoma and a cone shaped head but decided to try anyway. The providers were confident and put us at ease. The office staff were always warm and friendly and easy to reach if we had follow up questions.
