Try giving the right appointment times to your patients, and when the person calls to confirm it make sure its the correct time. I've now had to throw off my work schedules for your screw ups. And next time someone tells me to watch my language because I was pissed over my daughters appointment being screwed up, we won't come back.
The entire experience was fantastic. The staff were friendly ,efficient and professional.
