Went today for our initial appointment for my 6 month old for a mild-moderate case. April was our Clinician and she was so thorough, kind, knowledgeable and really took her time with us. Regardless if we move forward with treatment or not I feel that we were given all the information needed to make a final decision. Front desk was super kind and helpful as well. Definitely recommend!
Please be wary of this place and always get a second opinion elsewhere before agreeing or giving them your insurance information. My son has plagiocephaly that isn't super noticeable and measured around 7mm by two different providers a month ago. Our PT suggested seeing what Cranial Technologies measured it at and what they had to say. Cranial Technologies sent my son's photos off to be measured, and we were given measurements that were double all his prior measurements - literally saying he had a nearly 1.5 cm difference in... read more
