A huge shoutout to Andrea! She is caring, attentive and answers all your questions without getting annoyed. She has done a great job with our son’s helmet and we want to thank her as we are close to the end of our Doc Band journey! The staff at this location is super warm and have made this journey that we were dreading very smooth. Highly recommend this location and the services. We are beyond happy with the results.
The staff were extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the process before and throughout. The receptionist was extremely helpful making changes due to snow storms. Overall very happy with the process and outcome for my child. Would highly recommend.
