This is my third review they keep deleting my reviews because they don’t want anyone exposed the scam racist company this is! I’ve read the reviews and continued to follow through with the treatment because they said it’s what my son “needed”. I’ve came here for my baby, throughout the three-four months that she’s been getting seen they have been nothing but absolutely amazing! One of the most sweetest and friendly staffs!! Totally would recommend for a friend for their baby! I would definitely come back if necessary!!
I am extremely disappointed that after raising serious concerns about my baby’s head shape and the outcome of the treatment, no one has followed up with me. I submitted my feedback and expected at least a professional response — but weeks have passed and I’ve heard nothing back. To make things worse, the front desk staff is incredibly rude. I’ve been using helmets from Cranial Technologies for over 6 months, and I’m very disappointed. My baby’s flat head barely improved, and with the second helmet, he developed new asymmetry — including a drooping left eye and uneven face. From the very beginning, I told them that something didn’t feel right with the second helmet. My baby’s left eye started drooping, and his face looked uneven — especially on one side.
