Julian and Alexi were so friendly and smiley with a warm welcoming as always for our second appt. The appointments always go efficient and fast it’s amazing. The nurse who explains everything is so friendly and thorough with details. This was a nerve wracking process going in, but we couldn’t have asked for a better group to work with than the ladies here in Annandale. The front desk staff was always so friendly and easy to work with in scheduling. Most of our appointments were with Ali. Our experience with Cranial Technologies was extremely disappointing. While the treatment itself may be successful, the overall environment felt far more sales-driven than compassionate or patient focused. We felt pressured rather than supported during an already stressful time as parents. In particular, working with Allie was very unpleasant.
