I had a great experience at Crainal Technologies in Annandale! My son had a flat head and needed a helmet. Everyone I encountered was so kind and gentle with my baby! I even got lost my first day and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helped me find the office! The facility was clean, safe, organized, and beautiful. The team was amazing! Always had smiles on and they were always to encouraging during our journey!
The thought of my baby needing a cranial helmet made me sad, nervous and overcome with mom guilt. The Annandale clinic was wonderful through our treatment. The staff is friendly. Appointments were always on time and the environment was clean. We loved working with Daniel each visit. I felt like she always listened to my concerns, gave great advice for getting the perfect fit when putting the helmet on, and her adjustments on the helmet were smooth.
