We live an hour and a half away from the office. Everyone is so accommodating since we are coming from so far away. We have been on this ride for about 3 months now and Cranial Technologies in Boca has made this an easy, reassuring experience. I'm so thankful we chose you! It is definitely worth the drive!
Beyond pissed off at this place today. Took a day off work for a 1 o'clock appointment, as were getting off the highway after a 1 hour drive from Royal Palm we get a phone call saying we missed out noon appointment. Their voice mail says they are closed from 12-1. Our card says our appointment is @ 1. They refused to take us and made us turn around and head an hour back. Who ever is in charge will certainly be hearing from us. NOT HAPPY!
