I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and professional during visits. They took the time to explain things in a clear and informative way, ensuring we understood each step of what to expect. What I appreciated most was how thorough they were, not only during appointments, but also by providing helpful resources for us to take home. It really showed that they genuinely care and want to ensure you feel supported even after you leave. Highly recommend!

I could not be more happy with Cranial Kids. We went in for a scan due to a flat head at 4 months old. He was in the moderate range and a helmet was recommended. We decided to wait 1 month to see if there was any improvement, which there wasn't. Kristen educated us on the importance to get the helmet sooner rather than wait so he didn't have to be in it as long. The best part was, she didn't pressure us into the helmet AT ALL. Kristen was amazing with our daughter and us. She was super knowledgeable and we got our daughter’s helmet off within 3 months, her head looks amazing! All the staff members were so friendly and helpful each time we were in, or called the office. We are super grateful. We highly recommend Cranial Kids!
My family loved coming to this office. Staff was awesome, our needs and concerns were addressed every visit, the orthotic device did its job quicker than expected and I could not be more happy with the results. The toys and books available really helped put both my children at ease and both the patient and older sibling enjoyed coming here.
