We truly can’t say enough good things about the Cranial Center of Hackensack. When we first found out our daughter had torticollis and plagiocephaly, we were honestly terrified. As first-time parents dealing with something completely new, it was a really stressful time for us. I had an excellent experience with doctor Jack. The doctor was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen carefully and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit. Stephanie's was also wonderful — very kind, polite, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Scheduling and check-in were smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great experience, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and friendly service.

My wife and I came here to correct my daughter's flat head and Jack and his assistant Stephanie were very nice here. All the staff were amazing. They were very professional and kind. Tried their best to explain the process, and any questions we had. We had went to one other place before trying this one and ultimately settled on the Cranial Center of Hackensack because Jack was just so nice and very personable. Thank you so much for everything.
