Future Renters Beware: Don't let the 'luxury' label fool you. It is 100% a marketing gimmick. After living here, I strongly suggest looking at the newer buildings in the surrounding area before signing a lease here. It was a great decision for us moving here! Repairs are done quickly and leasing agents and help desk- Asia & Susanna are always responsive. Hallways are well-maintained and clean. We would love to have a more organized package room/package receiving system. But all in all, we are happy with our living situation.
This is one of the worst experiences i ever had. The people working there are not even working and leaving everything to be handled by AI
Morgan properties is horrible. Cancelled our lease illegally in midst of pandemic’s height in March 2020 saying they rented it to someone else. Zero maintenance/ forgot to turn on boiler when winter came in so I had no heat.
