We just recently moved in and had an unexpected water heater issue that flooded our apartment (random incident and not the fault of a person or the equipment). Susana and the team including Asia, Sultan, and Juan have been amazing! I have lived in the building for three years now and have had no issues that they couldn't help me with. I cannot recommend Cranford Crossing Apartment Homes enough!
If you are noise sensitive, I would not recommend living here. My upstairs neighbor’s footsteps shake my apartment. While living here I have contacted building management, but they were unable to help.
Drove from NYC and waited 20 minutes for a no show. Called both numbers listed on the f door and in the confirmation email who to referred me to each other and did not help get me in contact with anyone. No courtesy call if they were running late. Unprofessional.
We recently conducted a tour of Cranford Crossing, during which we found our guide, Susana, to be exceptionally impressive. While the building itself was nice, and the renovated apartments were aesthetically pleasing, they did not precisely meet our current requirements. However, Susana's performance was outstanding. Her thoroughness, friendliness, extensive knowledge, and helpful demeanor left a lasting positive impression. We extend our gratitude to Susana for her exemplary service.
