May 2025 update: Pros: -Great location in the heart of Cranford. -Amazing neighbors who are all friendly. -Great package management system. -Easy parking. Cons: - it is hard to get ahold of the management team sometimes. I have had several emails go un responded and most phone calls go to the answering machine. - I can hear foot steps upstairs, sometimes it can get pretty loud.
We just recently moved in and had an unexpected water heater issue that flooded our apartment (random incident and not the fault of a person or the equipment). As you can imagine, it was incredibly scary and stressful. I felt that after everything the staff of Morgan Properties did for us, a review was entirely necessary. Susana and the team including Asia, Sultan, and Juan have been amazing! I have lived in the building for three years now and have had no issues that they couldn't help me with. I cannot recommend Cranford Crossing Apartment Homes enough!
If you are noise sensitive, I would not recommend living here. My upstairs neighbor’s footsteps shake my apartment. While living here I have contacted building management, but they were unable to help.
