rip offs. over charge like crazy. just go to briggeman body shop and towing. way more better and easier to deal with plus very respectable people over there. they'll treat you right
I would not recommend this place of price was completely out of control. I was charged 392.50 for my pickup truck being towed from a no parking space in Washington to there lot it was on Sunday and they told me they was closed on weekends and I could not retrieve my vehicle till Monday. very very por attitude using foul language. they should not be on the list for the city of Washington to call. I checked with 2 other towing companies and they said 140.00 would be the highest price and I could have retrieved my vehicle on Su... read more
Absolutely horrible! Picked up a vehicle 11 pm on Saturday evening and got it out by 4:30 on Tuesday and it was over $800🤬🤬🤬🤬His first quote was $5xx something. Changed his prices. Lied about daily storage fees. Rude, hateful, called inappropriate names, and was mean as could be. Would NOT recommend them for any type of services at all. Robbery to a T!!!

Watch their towing service rob people for $100 a car tonight! Cars parked legally for the K of C drawing were taken and held for $100 each! Dirty busy!

Just picked up my van from Craney's, I've been using their service for years I can always count on them and they always do a great job. They are people of integrity and someone you can trust to tell you the truth!
Stay away from this company. They are the true defintion of highway robbery. I am not even sure how these people can sleep at night. If you ever have an accident in a class 8 vehicle in Washington, Indiana; be prepared to have 20k plus in your bank account.
Had to have a tow after some guy hit and run. Rude and Hateful service. Never ever will use the service again. Very high price. 295 dollars for 2 mile tow if even that far.
