I have lived here for 4 years. Its a so so place. I havent had any issues maintanence wise. Larry is always around to help if needed. As for the office Debra is already gone, new management. Seems like a yearly thing some new management is taking over. Issues I have had are noise. There are some loud mouth people outside shouting for their kids, or some drama going on between people. I have been a resident of Cranes Meadows for approximately four years. I can honestly say that since Debra has been in charge, things have gotten better. The less-desirable residents are dispatched with tact and efficiency.However, occasionally new residents are not informed of policies that older residents adhere to and older residents must contact the office. There have been occasions where these policies are no longer in effect - with the older residents not being informed which is extremely frustrating. It is a nice comm... read more

OK apartment for the money but there is never anyone in the office. Never had a maintenance problem yet but when I do I'm nervous about not getting a response.
OK apartment for the money but there is never anyone in the office. Never had a maintenance problem yet but when I do I'm nervous about not getting a response.
The apartments are nice. But they dont seem to have enough maintance people to take care of the problems that arise. They never plow early enough when it snows, until its to late and everything turns to ice, and they never seem to care if some people are really noisey. I have complained and nothing seems to happen. And there are always children running around unsupervised. So, we will be looking for a new place to live. All in all the management isnt very good, we cant seem to keep on company for more then a couple years. It... read more
