Ed has always been great to us and my neighbor! We have taken our cars for service and bought cars from Cranes and have always been treated with respect. They are a great group of people!
Just based on my close friends experiences i can honestly say i would never go here. This is coming from a friend who had worked in the automotive business for a few years and a friend i know is well spoken and treats everyone with respect. Sounds like the owner has something up his you know what

They don't even deserve one star. Rude and disrespectful people, don't bother going here.
Disrespectful owner who has no respect or currtosy for another human. Will be calling the BBC in regards to the disgusting service given to a friend.
