Terrible customer service, or lack thereof! SMH! I contacted Crane Title about a deed transfer. I had to initiate ALL communication (what little there was). Never any follow-up and/or updates on their part, and phone calls/emails were not responded to. I finally contacted another title company, and the matter was taken care of expeditiously!
Best title in Mobile AL!!!!
I had a bad experience with them. Lack of clear communication on an investment property. Not being clear on what they can and can’t do. Totally left in the dark, paying for contract extensions until changing to another title agency that did the closing 48 hours later. Thanks for making me lose money and time
